Sipadan Island

In the Celebes Sea of the Borneo Island East Coast, with many coral reefs is rich biological diversity. Above all, Sipadan island is the diving site where divers of the world long for.

For the conservation of nature, entry limit is established under the Sabah state government as Sabah parks management. So is visit to Sipadan island only 120 people a day. And when you go into Sipadana island, it charge RM40 and signature are necessary.

The Sipadan island that is near from the border Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia. It about 30-minutes walk from one lap. And Sipadan made by coral reef which it on the extinct volcano where it stuck out of from depth around 600m.
You can see school of barracuda or Bigeye trevally like big tornado, white tip shark, Napoleon fish, green turtle, hawksbill turtle swim elegantly along the wall, you can also see grand march of bumphead parrrotfish, Brushytooth butterflyfish, Sea goldie dance boisterously... It is like paradise of the divers.
It is one of the world's best diving sites that Borneo, Sabah is proud of.

It is necessary to get the permission for enter the Sipadan Island from Dive Resort or Dive Company.
